We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that causes you to make a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is within the warranty, we will provide free repair or replacement.
